Enjoy a talk from renowned organic herb expert, Jekka McVicar, as she explains what to grow and eat for good health, before enjoying a delicious two-course lunch and guided tour of the gardens at Highgrove.

Herbs for Health: We Are What We Eat

Jekka has been working with surgeons and health workers, dedicating her time to discover the historical facts and research behind the incredible health benefits that herbs can have for the human body when used as a main ingredient within our diet.

This talk will provide inspiring insight into how we can ‘eat ourselves healthy’ with the help of nature’s very own medicine, the herb, and how you can grow your own in any space.

Dine and Explore

Following your talk with Jekka McVicar you’ll enjoy a glass of Highgrove Champagne served with delicious canapes, before being seated in the beautiful setting of the Orchard Restaurant for a two-course lunch, freshly prepared by the estate’s resident chefs.

After lunch, one of HRH The Prince of Wales’s expert garden guides will then lead you in groups on a 75 minute garden tour, where you’ll learn about the history of the estate while taking in the key highlights of the gardens, including breathtaking displays of Spring bulbs.
