With over 20 years of experience and as an established Lucy Lane Fox team member, Jocie Clifford will guide you through making a loose cover for an armchair.
In this demonstration session, participants will be encouraged to work in small groups to be guided through mapping out an armchair, taking a pattern, and creating a fully removable loose cover. This practical session will allow participants to practice all the aspects of removable covers and understand the fundamental skills needed to develop their own loose covers at home. Participants will be shown advanced sewing and pining techniques and will know how to apply this process to their own furniture.
Photographs and workshop notes will be available after the workshop, allowing participants to recreate this process in their homes. All fabrics and materials will be provided throughout the demonstration.
