About Adam Frost
A multi-award-winning landscaper designer, Adam’s love of the great outdoors was nurtured from a young age, helping out on his grandparent’s allotment. Adam started working with gardening greats early on in his career, such as Geoff Hamilton, who helped design and build the thirty-eight small gardens used as locations for the BBC’s Gardeners’ World weekly broadcast.
Adam, an RHS Ambassador, is passionate about encouraging people, both young and old, to appreciate a love of plants and wildlife. Professionally trained in horticulture and garden design, he is also an acclaimed author of best-selling books on gardening and a broadcaster, presenting on BBC’s Gardeners’ World.
With an impressive seven gold medals at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, including a ‘Best in Show’, Adam’s gardens are known for being spaces that work with everyday life, suit his clients’ individuality, and offer a true reflection of their personalities.
Adam and his wife, Sulina, live in a picturesque Lincolnshire village with their four children, one horse, two ponies, two dogs and their very old cat. Their five-acre garden is regularly featured on Gardeners’ World as a work-in-progress.
