We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media and Content Executive to join our team with overall responsibility for developing and implementing the digital content strategy across online channels. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, your main focus will be to ensure that all communication is appropriate for the brand and in line with brand guidelines. You’ll also generate and write engaging content for the website, including blogs and news stories, as well as email campaigns and seasonal promotions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience of using social media platforms in a business capacity (including experience of managing paid activity) and be a strong and compelling content writer, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences. You will also have excellent attention to detail, be self-motivated, reliable and be able to adapt to the changing needs of the company in a growing and competitive marketplace.
The right candidate should also have a good knowledge of Google Analytics, CMS systems and e-commerce platforms including Shopify, a good understanding of across-the-line marketing and be tech-savvy, keeping an eye out for changing technologies.
