Visiting Highgrove Gardens
Phoebe visited Highgrove Gardens in July 2023 to capture the essence of the gardens in the height of summer.
Phoebe said she adored visiting the gardens and is thrilled to feature the two oil paintings of the Thyme Walk and Wildflower Meadow at the exhibition. Phoebe particularly loved the creativity of the gardens and how His Majesty The King Charles III used techniques often disregarded by others to transform areas of the garden into beautiful creations.
“I was completely overexcited and blown away by the gardens at Highgrove,” says Phoebe.
“Since I knew I only had a day there, I tore around the gardens at lightning speed with my easel and backpack of paints.”
“I chose to paint the wildflower meadow in the morning as I was drawn to the dappled sunlight on the flowers, and in the afternoon, I couldn’t resist painting the iconic Thyme Walk,” she continues.
“I’m so thrilled to sell these paintings and help raise money for The Prince’s Foundation.”
