Following guidance issued by the Government and Department of Health and Social Care - GOV.UK, and in the best interest of our guests, we have made the decision to close the Royal Gardens at Highgrove until at least the end of June 2020.

We know that many people, from all over the UK and abroad, look forward to visiting the Royal Gardens at Highgrove. However, the health and safety of our visitors and our employees must remain of paramount importance.

We are communicating with all customers that have booked tickets for Spring Walks, Garden Tours and the Talking Gardens event.

  • All customers with pre-booked tickets for Spring Walks will be automatically refunded in full within 28 days.

  • For customers that have booked Talking Gardens all tickets remain valid and this event will be re-scheduled for later in the year – customers will be contacted.

  • Those who have booked Garden Tours, including Champagne Tea Tours, during May and June are invited to re-book for later in the year.

In the best interest of our customers and staff, we have also made the decision to close the Highgrove store at Tetbury until the end of June and suspend all orders on our online shop.

We are continuing to carefully monitor the situation and follow the latest information and guidance and we will re-open as soon as possible, following Government recommendations.

We look forward to welcoming guests back to the Royal Gardens at Highgrove and thank you for your continued support and patience at this time.
