Your experience begins with a refreshing Brightening Juice reception, setting the tone for a day centred around joyful, nourishing food. Guests will then enjoy a live cookery demonstration with Clodagh, where she’ll share her passion for simple, flavourful recipes designed to bring health and happiness to everyday life.

Following the demonstration, sit down to a seasonal three-course lunch with wine and dessert, thoughtfully prepared to reflect Clodagh’s vibrant approach to cooking. The event also includes an interactive Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask Clodagh your own food and lifestyle questions.

Each guest will have the opportunity to purchase Clodagh’s Happy Cooking book on the day to take home. To complete the day, you’ll have time to browse the Highgrove Estate Shop, where you’ll discover an exclusive collection of homeware, gifts, and artisanal products.
