Any application must include any Group Leader(s) (who will make up the Group with the other Visitors). Please note that Group Leader(s) may only perform a facilitating role to the Group and are strictly prohibited from performing any guiding role to the Group (and from purporting to be able to offer guiding services to the Group).
2.2 We accept applications subject to availability and on the basis that applications made by you are correct (unless you indicate otherwise). We shall determine, in our sole discretion, the number of Group Admissions allowed at The Gardens at Highgrove House and the number of Garden Tours conducted each day.
2.3 The size of the Group shall be subject to the following limitations:
There must be a minimum of 16 Visitors in a Group Admission and a maximum of 26 Visitors for Group Tour (26), and 52 guests in a Group Tour with Lunch (52).
2.4 Our prices for Group Admissions vary from year to year. Our current prices can be obtained from the website www.highgrovegardens.com. Children under the age of 5 are admitted free of charge. Different terms may from time to time be offered to children aged 5 to 16 (inclusive) and adults (aged 17 and over). Subject to Clause 2.6, you agree to pay the current price in respect of each member of the Group. Any Group Leaders (who will make up the Group with the other Visitors) must pay the Admission fees. Please note a Transaction Fee of £2.00 is payable on all telephone bookings.
2.5 Subject to Clause 2.2 you may apply for additional Visitors to be added to your Group Admission. You may apply for additional Visitors to be added to your Group Admission provided you apply no later than 3 working days prior to the Visit up to the maximum number permitted under Clause 2.3. Payment for additional Visitors must be made in accordance with Clause 2.7.
2.6 If the sum payable for the Group Admission for which you apply is less than the Minimum Booking Value, we reserve the right to accept your application subject to you agreeing to pay the Minimum Booking Value.
2.7 Payment in full must be received by us not less than 6 weeks prior to the proposed visit date, in accordance with the due dates specified below, or on application if the application for the Visit has been made or amended less than the specified time period before the proposed visit. 2.8 Payment may be made to The Royal Collection Trust via the following payment methods: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard Credit, American Express & Maestro.
Payment due not less than 42 days (6 weeks) prior to visit
2.9 Where payment in full is not received by the above dates, we shall deem your application to have been withdrawn and the Group Admission(s) cancelled.
2.10 It is the responsibility of the Organiser or Agent to check that the Admission is correct and to ensure that the Group attends The Gardens at Highgrove House on the appropriate day at the appropriate time.
2.11 It is the responsibility of the Organiser or Agent to check the access requirements of the Estate and to pre-book requirements with the Customer Services Department on: 0333 222 4555.
2.12 Risk of loss of a Group Admission passes to the Organiser by delivery/attempted delivery to the address/email address specified in his/her application (as applicable). We reserve the right to refuse to issue a replacement Group Admission in the event that it is lost and, where we agree to issue a replacement, to charge a reasonable administration fee for issuing a replacement Group Admission.
2.13 The Organiser or Agent acknowledges that all Visitors in the Group are subject to the Conditions and undertakes to obtain and give a copy of the Conditions to each Visitor in the Group.
3.1 Subject to Clauses 3.2 and 3.3, in the event that the agreement between us formed under the Conditions is terminated for whatever reason we will be entitled to the payment in accordance with Clause 2.7 of any sums due to us that would have been payable by you had the agreement not been terminated.
3.2 You may cancel a Group Admission by telephoning the Ticket Sales and Information Office on +44 (0)303 123 7310 or by e-mailing email@example.com no less than 6 weeks prior to your garden tour.
3.2.2 In the event that the cancelled Group Admissions or Private/Exclusive Visit Admissions cause your Group Admission or Private/Exclusive Visit Admission to fall below the Minimum Booking Value, we reserve the right to retain the full Minimum Booking Value (in addition to any administration fee retained).
3.3 Group Admissions and Private/Exclusive Visit Admissions may only be changed at our absolute discretion. Where we agree to change a Group Admission or Private/Exclusive Visit Admission, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administration fee.
If you are an Organiser, you may not without our consent sell Admissions other than to members of a club or association or to members of your families; any sale being not for profit. Our consent is entirely at our own discretion.
5.1 If you are an Agent, you may sell Admissions only as part of a package comprising the Admission and other elements such as accommodation and/or transport.

You must, on request, provide us with details (including address, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail address) of any sub-agent, and the terms on which such sale is to be made.
5.4 Organisers and Agents are required to supply for our prior approval any promotional/ marketing material relating to your visit or packages which include admission to The Gardens at Highgrove House. As a minimum, you must please ensure:
i) all such materials are factually accurate compared to current Royal Collection Trust and Highgrove Enterprises website information;
ii) all such materials are of a style and tone that reflects Royal Collection Trust and Highgrove Enterprises terminology as far as reasonably possible;
iii) all such materials which contain Highgrove Enterprises images are correctly credited.
5.5 No use of the names Highgrove Enterprises, Highgrove Enterprises Limited, A.G Carrick, A.G Carrick Ltd, Highgrove House, The Royal Gardens at Highgrove or any of our trade marks or any other name or logo that suggests a connection to us may be used other than with our prior written authority.
