Garden Tour Voucher Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to vouchers issued by A.G. Carrick Limited trading as ‘Highgrove’ (“us”, “we”, “our”).  Please read these terms and conditions as they tell you how you can use your vouchers.    

The voucher entitles the holder to exchange it for one admission for a Garden Tour, to be booked online.   The Garden Tour is described on our website.

If you or we subsequently cancel your booking in accordance with our terms and conditions for ticket sales, a voucher will be issued to confirm your entitlement to rebook.

The Garden Tour voucher will expire 30 September 2022. 

The voucher has no cash redemption value and cannot be refunded.  No refunds will be given on expiry.  It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen so please look after it carefully and treat it as cash. 

Vouchers may not be resold or transferred to a third party as part of a promotion or competition however you may give them as a gift.  If there are any queries about the gift, the original purchaser must contact us and not the gift recipient.  We may cancel a voucher without payment of a refund where these terms have been breached.

Vouchers are not protected and in the unlikely event that we become insolvent you may not be able to use the voucher or receive a return of your funds.

Champagne Tea Tour Voucher Terms and Conditions

Champagne Tea Tour vouchers will expire 31st August 2022.

Private Garden Tour Voucher Terms and Conditions

The voucher entitles the holder to exchange it for one Private Tour for up to 8 guests, to be booked online.   The Private Tour is described on our website.

If you or we subsequently cancel your booking in accordance with our terms and conditions for ticket sales, a voucher will be issued to confirm your entitlement to rebook.

Private Tour Vouchers expire 30 September 2022.
