Each insect hotel is handmade in Staffordshire using offcuts from the Woodpecker Joinery workshop, reflecting Highgrove’s commitment to sustainability and the environment. The drilled wooden bee tubes can be easily removed and cleaned, helping maintain good hygiene and ensuring a thriving, healthy bee population.

Constructed from Western Red Cedar with stainless steel fixings, this eco-conscious design requires no maintenance. Over time, the wood gently ages into a soft silver patina, settling beautifully into its surroundings and blending effortlessly with nature.
