In July 2023, Eliza completed The Chanel and The King’s Foundation Métiers d’Art Embroidery Fellowship in partnership with le19M, refining her mastery of couture embroidery. Her experience includes collaborations with renowned houses such as Alexander McQueen, Patrick McDowell, and Turnbull & Asser, where she developed her signature blend of precision and artistry.
Each brooch is a hand-embroidered fantasy translation of the beloved bumblebee, meticulously stitched using individually sourced beads and rhinestones, edged with gold pearl purl on ivory silk dupion. The design is finished with a sheared Appleton wool coat, 100% wool felt backing, and a sterling silver pin, combining craftsmanship, elegance, and timeless appeal.
