Arrive to a warm Highgrove welcome

From 6:00pm, guests are welcomed to Highgrove with a Highgrove Bramble and the chef’s selection of canapés, served in the Ante Room. Take in the surroundings, meet your fellow guests and settle into the spirit of the evening. Classic Scottish traditions set the tone from the moment you arrive.

Tuck into a Scottish-inspired dinner

Take your seat for a four-course Burns Supper. Each dish is prepared by Highgrove’s Orchard Room chefs using the best seasonal ingredients. No Burns Night is complete without the haggis, which is piped in and addressed in Burns’s own words before it is served with neeps and tatties. Wine is poured throughout dinner, and the evening ends with a dram raised to the bard.

Dance the night away

Robert Burns loved music and dancing, so after dinner, guests can follow in his footsteps and take to the floor. The Ceilidh Tree Quartet will play for a traditional ceilidh. Whether you know every reel or are learning your first steps, you’ll find plenty of laughter and good company.
