Start with a pot of our organic Prince of Wales tea, a royal blend of robust Assam and light, bright Ceylon, or our classic organic Earl Grey, which combines Ceylon and China teas with a hint of bergamot. Then enjoy warm scones spread with our organic Strawberry Preserve, made with plump ripe strawberries and tangy lemon. Our organic House Marmalade is handmade to an exclusive recipe from the royal kitchens, with thick-cut Seville oranges gently cooked with rich, dark brown sugar in traditional copper kettles.

To finish, there are biscuits for dunking. Our organic Original Shortbread is rich, buttery and hand-baked in a traditional family-run Edinburgh bakery. Our Chocolate-Dipped Honey Oat Biscuits are made with honey from the royal beehives at Highgrove and half-dipped in silky milk chocolate.
