One of the most eye-catching parts of the Kitchen Garden in early spring, Narcissus 'White Cheerfulness', can be found next to 'Yellow Cheerfulness' in the mixed borders that flank the main central path. Offering up to four fragrant flowers per stem, 'White Cheerfulness' is a bulbous perennial that grows up to 40cm in height, with strap-shaped leaves and clusters of fragrant, double-white flowers with cream and yellow segments in the centre.

Planting instructions: Plant from August onwards. Place the bulbs' pointed end upwards, 12cm below the surface. Position the bulbs approximately 10cm apart in a sunny or partially shaded area. Water well after planting. Keep the soil moist during dry periods but do not overwater. If not planted immediately, store in a cool, dry place.
