During the walk, you'll be introduced to a magnificent variety of trees that make Highgrove truly special—including part of the National Beech Collection. Explore beautifully designed sections of His Majesty King Charles III's celebrated gardens, each with its own rich history and horticultural gems. Start your journey among rare heritage apple trees in the historic Apple Orchard, then follow the path alongside the Wildflower Meadow toward the magical Stumpery. The walk concludes at the arboretum, uniquely situated on an ancient Jurassic lake bed, featuring an array of rare trees and shrubs.

Whether you're a nature lover, tree enthusiast, or simply looking for a peaceful seasonal outing, the Highgrove Autumn Garden Walk is a perfect way to enjoy the changing colours of the season in an iconic royal setting. We look forward to welcoming you to Highgrove Gardens this autumn.
