Savour the taste of one of nature’s most distinctive kinds of honey. Renowned for its exquisite, almost transparent pale colour and mild, floral flavour, acacia honey is collected from the pollen of the amazingly fragrant flowers of the black locust tree (Acacia tree).

Our honey is collected from the biodiverse meadows of Saschiz in Transylvania, an area of outstanding natural beauty and a favourite walking destination of His Majesty The King. Collected by a single master beekeeper and produced using centuries-old methods, this artisan honey has a pale yellow colour and mild, floral flavour. Presented in a pretty jar decorated with our new design Highgrove label, this exquisite honey is produced in small batches using techniques that preserve traditional honey-making skills for the future.
